Do you have an idea for a speaker, a topic you'd like to see presented, constructive comments, questions or concerns about SDAS? Are you shy, can't always attend meetings or don't know to whom your questions, comments or suggestions should be directed? Let the SDAS Suggestion Box help.

The purpose of the suggestion box is to provide a fast, easy and alternative way to communicate with SDAS and the board. Simply complete the Suggestion Box form and click the "send mail" button. Suggestions will be forwarded to the SDAS Publicity Director who will present them at each monthly board meeting for discussion. At each regular meeting the President will give a brief report about Suggestion Box submissions including any responses or resolutions from the board. Those, in turn, will be given to the web mistress for posting on the Suggestion Box page along with the original question.

Over the years Anonymous has been a prolific writer. Therefore, it is highly recommended and requested that you include your name when submitting something to the Suggestion Box. It may be necessary to contact you for further information or to make sure the intent of the suggestion, comment or question is clearly understood. If you don't want the membership to know you submitted something just click the "please keep my identity private" box and the Board will honor that request.
